Greeter's & Hospitality
At Rivers of Living Water Ministries, our Greeter's & Hospitality Ministry has a significant and important role. They are the first faces you will see when you arrive. They are involved in ensuring the visitors are made to feel welcome by answering questions, providing direction, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The Greeter's team is a servant-hearted group of men, women and children whose ministry is integral to church life.
Fine Arts Ministry
The Fine Arts Ministry is compelled of Music, Drama and Dance Which are all forms of Worship.
50+ AND FABULOUS
The fun has just begun. Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, the 50 and over group of The Rivers provides refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. A mentoring ministry gives older believers a chance to meet with and help younger believers grow in Christ.
Marriage Counseling
Marriages can be difficult to maintain. Misunderstanding, confusion, resentment, and anger can flare up in any marriage. Several couples at The Rivers serve other families as marriage counselors. Their role in listening, understanding, helping, and encouraging struggling couples has, by GOD’s grace, saved marriages, and repaired relationships. Couples have found fresh hope and new joy in a warm and fulfilling relationship with their spouse.
3Strand Cord - Marriage Ministry
Marriage is honorable in GOD's sight!. It's full of Ups and Downs, In and Outs. We learn how to Stick & Stay, Love & Pray, and Work & Play. It's all possible in the most miraculous, intertwining, GOD created Marriage. WE learn that TWO becoming ONE takes work and maintenance when both are on one accord, united as one and in CHRIST. The load is lighter, the outlook is brighter and loving each other a little tighter. Because the Three Strand Cord is "Not Easily Broken!"
The Sister Circle
We are Ladies being Ladies! Bearing, Caring, Encouraging, Sharing, Laughing, Learning, Leaning and Lifting up each other! Providing a safe place where what is said is just between us! We have sister 2 sister conferences and retreats, day trips, shopping and restaurant dates, and at times we have weekends with pajama parties! Doing what Real Sisters Do-Keeping it Real!
My Brother's Keeper
It's all about Brotherz coming together to build up brothers! An Active fellowship where we "Chat and Chew" about real life! Identifying our struggles and victories; facing our fears and losses; discussing our disappointments and celebrating our daybreaks! Strategizing and encouraging each other to hold on to GOD, because our change is sure to come as we bolster each other and become Better Brotherz!
THE NEXT GENERATION
Children & Teenagers
At RLWM, we care about the children and youth of our church and community. We make it a priority to create ways that will help them grow in faith; where age appropriate Bible education and learning experiences is taught in such a way that they can relate and understand. Each class teacher is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instructions.
Young Adults
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group at The Rivers will provide a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
